You can schedule a space 4 ways:
- Use RESSOnline. (E-mail mobrown@ramapo.edu to get your RESS password)
- Drop off a Reservation Request Form.
- Contact the Office of Events and Conferences in D104, x7590.
- E-mail Monterasia Brown at mobrown@ramapo.edu.
**Exceptions:
- J. Lee’s must be reserved through http://phobos.ramapo.edu/~osd/sc/jlees/
- Residence Hall Lounges must first be reserved through the individual hall offices.
Tips:
- Provide as much detail as you can about your event so we find you the right space.
- We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but be aware space is limited, and we may occasionally have to substitute a space.
- Requesting a space is not a guarantee. Be sure to check to see if your request is approved!
- Always read your reservation form. You may not have the room you requested.
- Come as soon as you know you are planning an event to reserve a space.
- Let us know if you make changes to your event (time, set-up) so you get what you need.

What if a room is double booked?
Double booking cannot happen in RESS. Chances are, someone has a different room scheduled or does not have a space reservation.
How do I know my room reservation request is approved?
Clubs: When you receive your pink copy back (after your advisor signs).
Note: clubs will still need to attend the Tuesday Meeting for final event approval.
Faculty/Staff: Monterasia will send you an e-mail or give you an approval form.
