PANELISTS:
- Joe Donohue has covered the New Jersey Statehouse since 1984, first as bureau chief for the Atlantic
City Press and now as a reporter for the Star-Ledger. He writes about the state budget, campaign
finance, auto insurance and politics. Originally from Collingswood, he graduated from Stockton State
College in 1975 with a bachelor’s degree in environmental science.
- John Galandak is the president of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. John
earned both a B.A. and M.S. degree from Rutgers University. He has taught in a variety of classroom
and non-traditional settings, and has always believed that education is among the most important
factors that influence a person’s life.
- Steven Lonegan is state director for Americans For Prosperity. He has a B.A. in Business
Administration from William Paterson University, and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He has been mayor of Bogota since 1998.
- Joseph J. Seneca, University Professor, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy,
Rutgers University; chairman, New Jersey Council of Economic Advisors.
- Murray Sabrin is the moderator and executive director for the Center for Business and Public Policy
at Ramapo College.
