J.Lee’s: If you’re looking for a fun spot to hangout in between classes, connect with friends, or enjoy some free popcorn, head to J.Lee’s during your time at Ramapo. Located on the second floor of the student center next to the Black Student Union & Student Government Association (SGA) office, RCNJ Commuters are welcomed to enjoy a variety of activities including ping pong, pool, & video games like the PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, & retro games (PS3, Nintendo Wii, & More!) for a fun day.

Commuter Connections: Want to stay in the know about events happening this semester? If so, be sure to check out Commuter Connections, our monthly newsletter going over important events, topics, and update for the commuter community.

Stay tuned for our next issue this semester and don’t miss out on the fun events happening at Ramapo.

Commuter Quote: “Being a commuter student has shown me how much I have access to at Ramapo without having to live on campus. The Commuter Affairs office does a great job hosting regular events at convenient times for commuters. These events range from pizza parties to making your own stuffed animal. J. Lee’s is also a great place to chill with friends and the free popcorn is an added bonus. A majority of clubs/organizations on campus also hold their general meetings at convenient times. I’m able to have a decent social life while also traveling to and from my house.”

What advice would you give an incoming commuter student starting at Ramapo?
Join clubs that interest you, go to CPB/Commuter Affairs events, don’t be afraid to talk to/meet new people.

Please list any hobbies, facts, or interest about you that you would like to be featured on the RCNJ Commuters website.
I like to play video games, hangout with friends, video editing, and volunteering at various events at Ramapo College (WRPR/SGA co-sponsored events)
