  • Check RESSOnline for availability
  • Provide as much detail as possible (# people, set-up, etc.) so we can identify the right space
  • Requesting a space is not a guarantee. Be sure to check if your request is approved! You may have been assigned an alternate space. This is especially true for series reservations.
  • Come as soon as you know your event plans to reserve a space.
  • Let us know if you make changes to your event (times, set-up) so Housekeeping and the other service areas can accommodate you.
  • Contact media@ramapo.edu to order equipment.

    What if I want to see what is already reserved?
  • Click HERE for today’s list to find the date on the calendar you want to check.

    Can a room be double booked?
  • No, the scheduling software Events and Conferences uses prevents this from happening.
    How do I know my room reservation request is approved?
  • You will receive an email from Events and Conferences with the reservation attached.
  • Clubs/Orgs…please return the form with your advisor’s signature. This must be done for the reservation to be finalized.

    • Important to Note:
    The Fire Safety Checklist must be completed for all events (non-meetings).
