Reserving Space
- To schedule space visit RESSOnline to determine what is already scheduled.
- J. Lee's space requires approval from the Center for Student Involvement (CSI). Please contact them at Ext. 7593.
- Residence Hall Lounge spaces require the approval by the specific hall office staff. One approved, they will email confirmation to our office.
Space Confirmations
- You will receive an e-mail from our office with the Reservation Form attached.
- Clubs and organizations must return the form with their advisor's signature (required to complete the reservation).
- Contact Dining Services/Catering if food/drinks are needed at ext. 7772 or through their website.
- Make sure the Fire Safety Checklist is followed.
Important Additional Information/Best Practices
- Check RESSOnline prior to requesting space.
- Requesting space is NOT a guarantee.
- Be sure to confirm that your space request was approved.
- The Events and Conferences Office reserves the right to substitute alternative space (this is especially true for series reservations)
- If you make any changes to your event (time, setup, etc), contact Events and Conferences immediately x7590.
- Contact Media Service if audio/visual/computer/projector equipment is needed via e-mail: media@ramapo.edu.
