About the Major

The finance program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, background and analytical skills necessary to manage money within a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment The curriculum has a domestic and international focus, and primarily emphasizes improving managerial decision-making abilities.

Students completing the program are prepared for a wide variety of positions in business (such as financial analyst, securities broker and/or bank manager) as well as government and graduate school. Internship opportunities are available.

Students completing this program receive a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
