    Parking permits are applied for online. 
    Student Vehicle Registration.

  8. What if I don't want or need a parking permit?

    Students, who do not intend to park a vehicle on campus at any time during the school year, can deduct the parking fee amount from their bill, providing a Parking Fee Waiver Form is submitted by the published deadline.   9. What do I do if I am covered by outside medical insurance?

    Students, who have outside coverage, can deduct the insurance amount from their bill, providing a Request for Waiver of Student Insurance Form is submitted by the published deadline.  Financial Deadlines.  Waiver forms are available online or in the Bursar's Office.   11. What happens if I don't pay by the due date?

    A Late Payment Fee will assessed for each missed payment deadline. The amount that will be assessed is term dependent. fall and spring terms are $200; summer term is $100; winter term is $50. In addition, you will be subject to deregistration and dehousing (if applicable).

  12. Are there any additional charges if my account is delinquent?

    Yes. A Finance Charge will be assessed against the account of any student with an outstanding Account Balance. This Finance Charge shall be calculated and assessed for each month that the balance remains $100.00 or greater. Each monthly Finance Charge will be calculated by multiplying 1.5% by the amount of the outstanding Account Balance. Students who participate in the Ramapo Tuition Payment Plan and have kept their account current will not be assessed a finance charge.

  14. By what date must my term bill be paid to avoid a penalty?

    Payment must be made by published deadlines, which are posted on the Critical Payment and Financial Deadlines web page.

  15. How can I give my parents/guardian(s) access to view my account?

  16. How do I cancel/switch my room and/or board?

    All cancellations and changes of room and board must be done though the Office of Residence Life.

  17. What if I want to question charges or fines?

    You must contact the office that issued the charge or fine. For example, to question a parking violation, contact The Public Safety Office; to question a housing damage charge, contact the Office of Residence Life; etc.

  18. How do I protect myself when I am incapacitated by an unforeseen accident or illness and I am forced to withdraw from school?

    Ramapo College has arranged with Bollinger Insurance to offer tuition protection insurance on a voluntary basis. This elective program provides a 100% refund of tuition, fees, room and board, should the student have to withdraw from school due to serious illness or injury. The program pays only 60% of costs incurred for mental/psychological withdrawals from school. Click here for details.
