IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE

Adjustment of Tuition and Fees: Once a student registers for classes, the student is responsible for all charges associated with that semester. If a student decides not attend any or all of their courses, the student must officially drop/withdraw their course(s). Click here for Dropping a Course policies and procedures. Students that do not drop, withdraw, or take a leave of absence according to College policy, forfeits all rights to a refund or to a reduction in his/her account.  It is the student’s obligation to drop/withdraw from their classes.  Students that withdraw and have received financial aid must contact the Office of Financial Aid at (201) 684-7549 or email finaid@ramapo.edu. Some aid may need to be returned.  Any balance that results from a reduction in aid is the responsibility of the student.

 

Adjustments of Room and Board: Housing and meals adjustments are prorated weekly by the Office of Residence Life. Direct any questions to (201) 684-7461 or email reslife@ramapo.edu.

 

Refunds: Should a withdrawal result in a refund, a check will be forwarded to the student's billing address or if the student is enrolled in Direct Deposit, monies will be directly to the designated bank account. If a student incurs any charges after receiving a refund, the student is responsible for paying those charges. 

 

The registration process is not complete until a student’s term bill is paid-in-full by the appropriate deadline indicated below. Payment deferments can only be granted by the Bursar's Office prior to the payment deadline. Failure to comply may result in deregistration, dehousing, and the assessment of a Late Payment Fee. (The Late Payment Fee amount is determined by the term and is indicated on this page.) Students who are deregistered will be notified via their Ramapo email address.

 

THE COLLEGE DOES NOT SEND A PAPER BILL IN MAIL.
