The Ramapo College Art Galleries are located 25 miles northwest of New York City on the campus of Ramapo College of New Jersey.
The Ramapo College Art Galleries are aligned with the School of Contemporary Arts and serve as a fertile resource for the college and area communities. A wide spectrum of expressions is presented each year, ranging from faculty artwork to special international collections. The visual arts faculty take full advantage of the exhibitions and related educational programming to illustrate the creative process to students.
The Kresge Foundation Gallery and the André Z. Pascal Gallery are in the Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts, a postmodern facility designed by the firm of Hardy, Holtzman, and Pfeiffer. Since opening our new building in 1999 we have presented an intriguing contemporary exhibition schedule. Renowned artists shown in the galleries include Sally Mann, Henry Darger, Cindy Sherman, Alighiero Boetti, Duane Michaels, Tony Oursler, Miguel Calderon, Aziz & Cucher, Cathy de Monchaux, Willie Birch, Ant Farm, Ernesto Pujol, Radcliffe Bailey, Marco Brambilla, Mona Hatoum, Howard Finster, Luis Cruz Azaceta, Sophie Calle, Kara Walker, Chris Verene, and Catherine Opie.
In addition to the high profile contemporary art programming, Ramapo College is also the home of the Selden Rodman Gallery of Popular Arts in B Wing, which is open on Tuesdays from 1 to 4:30 pm and Wednesdays from 1 to 7 pm This gallery is devoted to the legacy of the recently deceased local resident Selden Rodman and features his preeminent collection of art from the Americas and the Caribbean.
The Ramapo College Art Galleries also present small shows in the Potter Library showcasing regional artists and student work.

Map and Directions:
Directions are for all the campus art galleries and begin at the Berrie Center Box Office. When entering the Berrie Center from the main parking lot, the Box Office is on the left. The art galleries are on the next level (middle level). You can take the stars or the elevator.
Berrie Center Art Galleries
The art galleries are on the middle level. The Kresge Foundation Gallery is in room BC-218 and the Andre Z. Pascal Gallery is in room BC-220. The two galleries are adjacent to each other on the right side of the long hallway.
Potter Library Galleries
Exit the Berrie Center through the multiple glass doors adjacent to the Adler Theater on the middle level. The campus quad will be in front of you. The first entrance to the building on your immediate right is the Potter Library. Please follow the Library signs inside the corridor for a very short distance. The Library Entry Galleries are next to the Librarys checkout desk.
Selden Rodman Gallery of Popular Arts
The Selden Rodman Gallery of Popular Arts is in room B-130. As you walk "uphill between the back of the Berrie Center and the Potter Library, enter the 2nd entrance of the long building on your right (B Wing entrance). Walk to the end of a very short corridor and take a left. The Rodman Gallery is on your immediate left.
