Ramapo On the Road / College fairs

College fairs give students an opportunity to talk to members of the Ramapo College Admissions Team. They can tell you about everything, from available courses to life on campus.
We know that these fairs can be overwhelming with noise and crowds filling your high school gym or conference center, but we also know that they are the most efficient method of connecting with a potential school.
Our Admissions Team visits hundreds of venues each year and meet thousands of prospective college students. Here are some items you might want to consider when you join us at your upcoming fair.

1. Make sure you do your homework. Consider what you are looking for in a college, what majors interest you and what campus life is all about. Take a few moments to visit the college Web site.
   
   
2. Bring a pad or notebook for answers to your important questions.
   
   
3. Study the list of colleges represented and make sure that you allocate enough time to visit with your top choices.
   
   
4. When the fair is over, your job is just beginning. Plan on visiting the colleges that were interesting to find out just what life on campus would be like over four years.
