Pamela M. Bischoff, Vice President for Student Affairs and Nancy Mackin, Dean of Students are both founding members of the College.

Dr. BischoffDr. Bischoff came to Ramapo in 1971 as a Psychological Counselor and later served in a variety of Student Affairs positions. She holds doctoral and masters degrees in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. |
Ms. MackinIn 1971, Ms. Mackin was appointed to the position of Assistant Registrar at Ramapo College and has also served in a number of Student Affairs positions. She holds bachelors and masters degrees from New Jersey City University. |
