Benefits of Membership
Delta Mu Delta is the highest national recognition a business student can earn and is a distinguished honor to include on one's resume. Students who are inducted into Delta Mu Delta become lifetime members and are inducted at a special ceremony in the spring of the year designed to celebrate their achievement.
Students who are inducted into Delta Mu Delta become lifetime members, with ongoing access to networking with other members. Members receive lifetime recognition for outstanding academic achievement, and are acknowledged for federal employment as having fulfilled one of the requirements for GS-7 level service.
Students inducted at Ramapo College are also eligible to be selected as the School of Administration and Business "Outstanding Student," and are eligible to help select the School of Administration and Business "Outstanding Teacher."

Mission and Vision
Delta Mu Delta was founded as a national organization in 1913 by five professors at NYU to identify and reward outstanding business administration students, and to support high standards in training for business. Today there are over 160 Delta Mu Delta Chapters at colleges and universities across the country. The Ramapo College Chapter, Delta Nu, was established in 1986.

Eligibility Requirements
Undergraduates must be registered in the School of Administration and Business for their bachelor's degree at Ramapo College of New Jersey, have completed at least half of the coursework required for their degree (transfer students must have completed at least 30 credits at Ramapo College), have earned a GPA of 3.3 or better, and be in the upper 20% of their class.
Graduate students must be registered in the School of Administration and Business for their master's degree at Ramapo College of New Jersey, have completeted at least 24 credits toward the graduate degree, have earned a GPA of 3.7 or better, and be in the top 20% of their class.
Students are notified by mail of eligibility for induction during the fall semester.
