GRANTS AND SPONSORED PROGRAMS OPEN OFFICE HOURS

Every Wednesday from 11:30 am-1pm in D211L (April 3 – May 8, 2024)

The Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs at Ramapo College provides leadership and support to teaching, research, student development and success, and scholarship initiatives of faculty and staff. We provide award services at all stages of the grant life cycle including:

• Understanding grants policies and procedures at Ramapo College
• Locating potential funding sources
• Interpreting the guidelines set forth by the funding agency
• Obtaining administrative approvals
• Developing the project goals and objectives
• Developing and justifying budgets
• Preparing, editing, and reviewing the proposal
• Finalizing and submitting the proposal
• Communicating with Office of Marketing and Communications
• Follow-up reporting required by the funding agency
• Processing awards from external sponsors through closeout
• Maintaining required time & effort reporting and invoices
